Scaled 

It is advisable that all team members can complete the following:

• All Standard DB Movements (15/10kg)

• All Standard KB Movements (16/12kg)

• Snatch (30/20kg)

• Clean & Jerk (42.5/30kg)

• Single Unders

• All other standard movements

RX

It is advisable that all team members can complete the following:

• All Standard DB Movements (22.5/15kg)

• All Standard KB Movements (24/16kg)

• Snatch (42.5/30kg)

• Clean & Jerk (60/40kg)

• Any two athletes can perform Chest to bar, Muscle Ups & Toes to Bar 

• Double Unders

• All other standard movements
